Idris Sultan after winning Big Brother Africa Hotshots, picked alot of fame both in Tanzania and across Africa. While in the house, Idris played many girls including Goitse and nailing Uganda's Ellah. Moments after winning Hotshots, Sultan was involved in an affair with SA's Samantha who she has been dating for close to a year. They recently broke and sultan posted a message of his facebook page "Haven't got sick in years but at last a mosquito got me . Am not sure which one so imma kill em all."
